Hey all,
Our initial plan was and is still largely focused on the development of a Political Social Network with the goal of transitioning to a Political Economic Network (PEN). Our current concept is basically an all in one communications and commodity/exchange tracking system with the ability to create structures in society (Raids, Causes, Quests etc.) to deal with specific issues.
Our last election resulted in a hung parliament meaning our politics is already naturally moving towards an issues based system already. Our goal should be to work towards all persons on the network being effectively "State" entities unto themselves where exchange is based on the individuals involved and the visibility of similar exchanges (Sorta like a Stock Exchange, up to you both to determine 'price' so to speak).
I mention a Points Motive as an idea. Until the Profit Motive is superseded we will constantly be finding ourselves in the same situation. How it evolves in the future though, who knows.
Anyway, here's what we've got as a general start, let us know what you think.

Overview of Technocracy
We are being held back by fear and old people trying to keep old things from dying. The 20th century was full of war, destruction and fear yet held to us as "the end of history" and the realization of the dreams that capitalism can provide.
Sadly, only 1 percent of the current population is entitled to the freedom of wealth while the 99 remains in bondage to support it.
Traditional revolutionary theory reminds us that the workers control the means of production. This is no longer the case. As technology keeps racing ahead we need to make a firm decision.
Do we allow these tools to remain in the hands of the greedy that will do all they can to maintain an edge? No.
Do we continue to sit idly by as our own rights are eroded to make for a more comfortable retirement for a minority of individuals? No.
Do we use all the technology we can to organize in a new way? Yes.
Do we declare the 20th century politic redundant, left and right, parliament and free market? Yes.
We, the Technocrats, vow to stop at nothing to effect a fundamental change to society. We will organise ourselves without need for government. We will produce for ourselves without macro-capital.
We do not mourn the fall of the Union of Workers.
We embrace the creation of the Corporation of the Individuals, joined by bits and bytes, paid in points.
10 We will build a Political Economic Network.
20 We will fight for the survival of that Network over old self centered politics.
30 If we fail, GOTO 10
Quantum Social Analysis
At the very core of the Technocratic understanding is that of a rational scientific approach, jokingly referred to as "Quantum Marxism".
Our understanding is that society is a collection of Individuals, and that these Individuals are the fundamental indivisible particle of society and have free will. All structures within society are merely collective groups of Individuals spending Time to work towards a shared Motive.
Motive being the drive behind an individual and Time being the Individuals actions and activities in an attempt to satisfy said Motive.
From the perspective of Individual, Motive and Time, all class structure and capitalist structures can be derived and understood.
This is why the 99 percent transcends the old "Working Class" and is the true revolutionary consciousness. But in so far as we are all pursuing separate motives we are simply differentiating the 99 into separate united groups, instead of uniting us all in our fundamental differences.
We understand not only is "labeling" of people impossible, but creates divisions within society where there are none.
The Technocrat takes the responsibility to break down old divisions and to maximize individual potential within a controlled digital system of self-governance.
The Program.
No revolution will be successful if the only attitude is "break" and not supplemented with "build".
This plan is a first draft and meant to inspire ideas for your own actions. It is not meant as a definitive plan however should be used as a framework to allow for global compatibility.
Stage 1 Establishing a PSN
The first step is to establish a Political Social Network. This is the simple first roll out of your design. The primary functions of stage 1 networks should be:
Connectivity between Individuals
Ability to list and share tasks
Ability to form structure (Causes/Raids) to affect solution
A points system for task completion/failure
This is designed to take the "anonymous" individualist organisational structure and create an offline activist network.
This is the platform for the next stages of Technocratic roll out.
Stage 2 Expansion of PSN to PEN
The next step is to begin incorporating economics and production into the Network. Once the Points motive is established then the Admins should begin acquiring the "Means of Production" (MoP) on behalf of the Network.
The objective is for a network to reach MoP100 or 100 percent self sufficiency.
The engagement between the Network and the Free Market boundary should be firmly dilineated and effort should be made to entice people to favour using the Points system on the Network over engaging in traditional exchange.
The Admin team should us cross platform incentives to promote the PEN and ensure it continues to grow and enable all individuals to join and live freely.
Stage 3 The Final PEN
When such a point is reached that the Network has the power of a multinational and a nation state then the objective is to ensure a continuous positive feedback loop and growth.
Due to the nature of the Points motive, technological development and automation should be progressing at a rate far surpassing the ability of the capitalist to keep up.
The objective being to now reduce the Networks Workload (WL100) to zero via automation and organisation.
At this stage the Political Economic Network should be the primary organisational structure. It is likely many PEN's will exist however due to the Points Motive the relationship will be of beneficial competition towards total cooperation.
This is a basic three step process to go from the creation of an organisational Network to it's superseding classical governance.
Technocracy and why
Before this section was a very basic little overview of the general Technocratic objective. Now let's explore Technocracy in more detail.
Firstly, a Definition:
"Technocracy in the 21st century is a Democratic form of Government, based on technological connectivity and process, where both Politics and the Economy are combined, remuneration is based on a Points Motive rewarding Network contribution and collective benefit. Each Individual is considered a State from a legal perspective and the way in which we deal with one another is facilitated by design of the given Technocracy, not simply argument and rhetoric."
So Technocracy is the natural next step of our evolution as a society. From a perspective of elected government, the idea that we need to appear in person every four years to contribute towards one decision is ludicrous when we have the technology to engage with government on every level, every decision. The only reason that this hasn't already occurred is the realization that those with power will quickly lose it without these traditional well exploited methods of government.
With each Technocratic Individual being a State entity of themselves we can enjoy total freedom. But the most important aspect of the Technocrat is the need for Total Responsibility. Those creating the future Technocracies should be aware that the system we are working towards requires we respect each other, and that correct and accurate information is available to all.
The ability for a Technocracy to be transparent to all concerned is the best way to ensure responsibility.
It is only due to marketing, labeling and subdividing society we feel another party needs to fix our problems. We need to negate this 20th century attitude of expecting others to create solutions and of putting everyone in a box. We also need to stand against bigotry and racism as these divisions are irrelevant to a Technocratic society. Indeed the primary tactic of those who would oppose a Technocratic revolution is to use these arbitrary differences to create divisions within the population. Our objective is to negate these irrelevant divisions and focus on the most relevant division of all 1/99.

This is a brief primer on the ideas of Technocracy. The main thing is this movement is up to you. There's no more people standing on pedestals with speeches. The Joker isn't going to come in an screw with the powers that be for you. Life isn't a Hollywood movie. There will be no glorious battle and revolution spontaneously combusting. If we want change it is up to us.
If we want our Star Trek world, we have to build it.
If they say it will never happen, prove them wrong.
We have a choice where Western Society goes. It's either whimper or a bang and only Technocracy will guarantee the former.
The Geek shall Inherit the Earth.
