theARCproject has two possible rural locations in South Wales. I am interested to test the viability and practicality of running 'off-grid'. A 12v system that can run from Solar or Wind via Deep-Cycle leisure batteries. Site 1 is located in Pembrey, Carmarthenshire and is in an old quarry area. Mobile signal is poor (2G at best) Site 2 is located in Pembrokeshire on a working farm. Mobile signal is fair with several 'Not-Spots'. 350.org/thearcprojectthearcproject |
